Mark Shultz, Office Manager & CDA Project Manager
Mark Shultz manages our office, finances, technology and serves the Project Manager role for the Coordinating Discovery Attorney (CDA) program. Mark started his career at a technology startup in south-east Iowa at the age of 15. Being a small company, he did many types of consulting, including network design and implementation, corporate training, web design, software development, and PC repair. From there, Mark went into banking, managing the IT department of a community bank with 10 locations. After moving to Des Moines, he worked for larger companies in various roles, but primarily as a business analyst and software developer assisting various departments, such as supply chain, sales, and finance, to improve their processes and increase their efficiency through technology solutions.
Mark also enjoys technology outside of work and has quite an extensive home automation system. He and his partner have two dogs that are pretty much their children. He plays piano and pipe organ and is currently serving a bilingual (English and Spanish) United Methodist congregation in Des Moines.
Taylor Heue, Legal Assistant
Mr. Heue joined the Dickey, Campbell, & Sahag Law Firm as a legal assistant in 2016. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014 with my B.A. studying Psychology, Business, and Health Movement in Leisure Youth and Human Services. While at UNI, Mr. Heue was a volunteer assistance volleyball coach from 2013-2015 and was also the President of the UNI Men’s Volleyball Club.
Michelle Hayes, Discovery Technician
Michelle Hayes works with discovery…all kinds of discovery. She is learning more about the legal profession every single day. Michelle recently moved to Des Moines to be closer to family. Prior to coming to Dickey, Campbell, & Sahag, she worked as a graphic designer for 26 years, and spent 15 years as the Print & Design Manager for a print shop in Denver, CO.
